This weekend I had an extraordinary amount of offers over $10K. FairyGarden dot com and 2 of my 4 LLL.com had $10K or more opening offers. I also got 4 or 5 more offers over $1K. NFTR dot io got a $2K opening and I just hand regged it. Its good times in the domain business right now.
I did my taxes for 2020 and verified last year was a great year as well. I officially made more money from domain investing and internet investments than I did from my “real” businesses. I knew the day would come and last year was it. I think that will be the same case this year but the nursery business is crushing it so its going to be tough to beat. But I’ve already sold more domains than I did last year but had a few very large sales in 2020 so its not quantity of sales that you pay taxes on.
And finally I’m addicted to the Bored Apes. I bought another one. As I said on the last post about buying one it definitely won’t be the smartest things I ever bought but I do like them, they are unique, and they’re mine. My wife picked out the newest one. She even knew the price and thought it was great. She even called it art. What is this world coming to when my wife is supporting my crazy crypto habits
