My day is very routinized. It’s not a mental thing. I don’t have to knock on the door twice before I go in. There is nothing I HAVE to do. It’s more about I like something and by doing that something the day is easier because I know it and I don’t have to think. Or its something that I like and today is not the day to try something new and see if I like it or if it’s better. My foods stay the same for breakfast and lunch for most days because of this.
For instance for breakfast I have Special K with some fruit almost every day. The fruit is generally banana but if strawberry or blueberry is in season I’ll do that. But 250 days a year its the same cereal and same fruit. Same goes for lunch. You hear me talk about eating peanut butter and jelly every day. I eat that 4 days a week. There are a lot of reasons. One, its the most portable thing I can get. A sandwich. Two, refrigeration isn’t necessary. I do put it in the fridge but more times that not in the spring I’ll get it out to eat and then get interrupted. The meat sandwiches with mayo don’t do well sitting out an hour. Probably OK but still not my favorite. I do try and eat something different 3 days a week because I eat so many sandwiches. But I do find myself getting a Jimmy Johns when I go out because its quick and easy to eat in the car. Between the dog or a customer I do’t think I’ve ever sat down and not had someone staring at me in months.
Today I made a big switch. I switched all my milk from Almond to Oat. I switched to almond a few years ago and haven’t looked back. No animal drinks milk once its weened off its mother so I don’t think we mammals were made to drink milk. Once I switched my gut felt so much better and I actually lost weight because I drank 50 -100 less calories per serving and it added up. I’m not looking for a gut improvement with Oat milk, I just like the taste and the consistency. I also know it will have the same calories as cow milk. The official decision will be after a week or two and see how I feel but so far I really like it. Looks like I have another consistency in my life
Domain of the Day: Not a word I use but still like the domain and so does everyone else

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
