I get comments from people saying that it would have been easier if they would have gotten in when the older domain investors got in. Let me tell you something. There has been more money to be made in the last 10 years than they ever dreamed of. One word dot coms, dot io, crypto. If you bought any of them you have made a lot of money. In the scope of things it wasn’t a very long hold either.
IMO, people will look back on the last 5 years and call it the most profitable times in the last 50 for the “common” person. I could be wrong and I’m sure there will be other great opportunities, but watching the money being printed this past year is nothing short of incredible. Pretty much everyone in domain investing had a leg up on the average person. They understood the value of digital assets. They understood the value of things that others couldn’t see value in. We get it. The question is did you get it?
I can tell you that I’m still buying. Everything. I’m all in. At least all in on the things I believe in. I would list them but this isn’t financial advice. My only advice is there is still opportunity. Not the returns we saw if you were all in the last 7-10 years but much better than your parents ever saw. Domains included.
Quote of the Day: “You don’t get what you deserve, you get what you negotiate.”
Domain of the Day: AppTester.com Great name for a tool to do exactly that. I think it goes for over $3K

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
