My Ford trade is getting demolished. Easily the worst trade I’ve had BUT. But I am sticking with it. I promised myself I would take it to the end which is Jan 2022 and that’s what I’m going to do. Diamond Hands. Stupid, money losing, Diamond Hands. I knew either way it was going to be one of those “Remember when you bought all those Ford calls?’ stories. I was hoping it was more of a success story but again we’ll see.
Adding pain to misery, we’re getting record cold here in Central Illinois and having the coldest night ever recorded in Mid April which does not bode well for my plants. They are going to get blasted and for some there isn’t much I can do. 50 acres is pretty hard to cover. We have all the tender stuff in greenhouses but we have millions of dollars in plants that are probably going to get frozen and lose their leaves. Again, we can cover a lot but impossible to cover everything so we cover the most delicate. Between the loses and lost revenue as people wait out the unseasonably cold weather its going to cost a few hundred grand. Which makes the Ford trade paper loses not seem so bad. My feeling is I’ll get it all back one way or another but maybe that’s my unreal optimism. I always feel like things will end well. Even if the pain is large in the middle. The key for me is if its not going well then don’t make it the end. Keep trying until you succeed and then call it the end .

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
