One of the biggest lessons I ever learned is that your worth/your salary is based on the ability to replace you. That sounds like a negative thing but it’s not. As I said in my last post, it’s never about you. Yes you have family, friends, and spouses that love you unconditionally and the value of you is not monetary. In business it is. Your hard work, your training, your education only matter if all of those makes you more valuable and sets you above the level of others. If there are a lot of people in your skill set that work hard, are highly educated and trained then all of that will be less valuable. The reality is that the trades are worth more than they ever have been. Family’s set goals of having their kids go to college and not have to do hand work, manual labor for a living. Leaving those that do the lower end of the quality work. I think we will get to a point that a mechanic, a great heating and air person, and other service trades will be paid better than many management and college degree necessary jobs.
I can find a computer engineer easier than I can find a good mechanic. I can find a sales manager easier than I can to find a seasoned welder. There is a flip of pay coming right now. “Labor” is seeing huge increases in pay because they are harder to replace. Engineers and middle management are getting laid off by the millions. I realize its not as simple as I’m making it and there are many more things in play, but it doesn’t change the idea. Your pay and value is based on the ability to find someone else to fill your position and which positions that are getting harder to fill are changing
Domain of the Day: 1oo.com One zero zero. Number letter letter has been doing really well. Over the next few days there will be six figures of sales at expiry auction
Quote of the Day: “You often feel tired, not because you’ve done too much, but because you’ve done too little of what sparks a light in you.” ― Alexander Den Heijer
Namejet, Sedo, and Catched.com Names at Auction
SmartTees.xyz dot xyz is the extensions a smart tee company would use. Smart Tees are a big thing right now. A few startups doing it already with trackers in the Tee that proves membership
Human.es 2 days left on this name that I see being an Ai play
ChinaTown.io Every major city has this section of town. Even our smaller town does but it is actually a very wealthy section
BigFund.com Look at this price. Somebody needs to be checking this stuff
Push.bike High bid but its the new way of training kids to ride bicycles. Super effective. I know from experience

Godaddy Domains With Bids
Rhino.net Incredible brand with a bid dot net discount
CasinoBonus.com With Sportsbooks and casinos legal now I think the affiliate possibilities on the this one could drive the price up to $50K plus
MyOne.com Taken in 98 extensions. The condom company that shares the name dominates Google
Openz.com The Z makes the name so much cooler. Sounds like an app or tool right out of the box
TravelCulture.com No backlinks or anything and already at $8K at press time. Travel is way up so it makes sense
CustomBots.com Not sure it will be a company name but the custom robotics business is billions and growing
DriveAcademy.com I would definitely send my daughter here to get her learners permit and hours in for a license
CustomDisplayCases.com I guess if this is what you do and you want to rank on Bing..just kidding. Google is going nowhere
Underscoring.com A perfect example of “why is this domain going for such a high price?”
FirstPhoto.com Here’s another. A nice brand but really?
PartyWatch.com I’ll add one more. Look at this price

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
I made 265k a year working on oil rigs and retired at 40 with a great pension. I get you
