Yesterday I had a new experience. I lost a sale over escrow fees. Not that I wasn’t willing to give in and cover them it’s that one of my counters was to accept their price as long as they cover escrow fees. They said “no thanks, we’ll pass” Not on the escrow fee but the whole name. It’s a name that benefits this company more than any other company and was in my best interest to sell it to them. I say that here but of course not to them. I accepted it at a lower price than most names because I knew this was my best chance to profit on it short term. I’m pretty sure they must have gotten cold feet or just got nervous with the whole thing, but even after going back and saying that I would cover fees, lets get this done, they said they were no longer interested and that the price was more than they wanted to pay. Even though they made the offer. Oh well, out nothing but time but I have to admit I was counting my chickens before they hatched. Usually when I accept an offer it’s smooth sailing from there. Here are today’s names.
VPCC.com 17 years old. C for Corporation or Cooperation
Reducers.com Not sure what people want reduced but whoever buys this site has a chance to do a lot of reducing. But not your wallet. Not a lot of bidders
