I was looking at some of the sales that have been reported over the past few months on DNJournal to find something interesting that has since been developed and ran across Patience.com which was sold via Buckley Media for around $221k. Rather than talk about whether the price was right or not, I wanted to bring up something I hadn’t seen before. If you visit the site, it is basically a page asking the visitor to fill in a form letting the owner know what ideas you have for the site along with some terms that you have to agree to before submitting your idea. Basically, please provide me with any good ideas you have for the site and be aware that you have no right to benefit from said idea in any way. I really would like to take a look at the ideas the owner receives this way. Maybe it is a genius move.
