If you remember I bought TheBigIsland dot com and planned on building out a site about my favorite place. The Big Island of Hawaii. As I started to plan the build BigIsland.org came up for expiring auction. It had been the official tourism site of the island but the state decided to abandon it and move all the tourism to GoHawaii. So I bought it and Sean from here at DSAD built it out to catch the old links and point them to our new articles.
It has worked very well and despite being a small, simple, site, it receives thousands of visits a month and ranks very well for some great keywords. So I have hired on a team to do a full development and really build it up. Also bringing in a licensed real estate broker to build out the real estate side with us and giving us some of the income. The overall goal is to build up the site to the point that I can do that for a living when I retire to the island.
One of the things that I wanted to do with my success in domains and now in NFT is build more revenue producing assets. My NFTs and Liquidity Pools are now producing $1000 a day in income. I need to get back to having that in websites. I used to have some really good producing sites but I abandoned them for DSAD. Time to get them going again. In reality, it going. BigIsland. I’ll let you know how it goes and how it grows. With the bonus is the trips to the island for photos and content are going to be the best business trip ever
