If any of you live in the midwest you are going through the same cold I am. I can run in any weather. It’s not because I’m tough but because I have good clothes. Yesterday’s run was 3 degrees with a negative 12 wind chill. People were looking at me like I was crazy but I ran 10 miles without the slightest hint of cold. Just proves once again, it’s not the person but the tools. In this case my tools were Zoot clothing. I highly recommend if you want to exercise in the cold.
