- How come every domain newsletter I get has domains that are five and six figures or on the opposite side, names that are $500 or $1000 that you couldn’t give away? Where did the newsletters go that had domains that were $1K to $10K? Maybe twitter has filled the need in that range
- I am going to buy Namepros and charge a $1 to bump a post and sell it for $40 million
- I don’t want Mike Mann to be sued but I kind of do because I would absolutely love to see his financials
- I have asked for $500 more on names that had $3500 to $6000 offers and had the offer walk away 3 times. I’m not worries about selling them later but my $500 squeeze has not served me well this year. One was Kangaroo.io
- I have never sold a name that came with an offer between 1 am and 4 am my time
- I have never let others judge me as to whether I am successful unless they knew my goals. Because usually they are different than theirs
- The Sherpa show Adam Strong and I did that is coming out Monday is one of my favorite ever. Always enjoy the conversation and he is one of the original domain investors so he has great names and great stories.
