THE BIG AFTERMARKET LIST: Wednesday’s Domains at Auction or Dropping on June 18th, 2014

Escrow.com

This past year I reached a big milestone in my domain investing career.  I broke even on renewals.  Between my few little buildouts and my parking revenue I am cash flow positive after renewing all my domains.  I have roughly 500 domains so it’s not a huge amount but I essentially could stop what I’m doing and not lose any money more money from this point.  Of course the goal is to MAKE money but it’s nice to be at a point where I don’t have to sell a domain to pay the bills.  And I’m not in the hole to start the year either, as my domains are spaced throughout the year just like my income.  You have to get excited about the little things. Here are today’s names.

3dPrinterStore.net   3dprint names continue to sell for high prices. After numerics, 3d printing and bitcoin are the hottest domain category in the biz.  And the market really hasn’t even become commonplace yet

Retweet.com  It’ll never go through but better bid just in case.

MaxWork.com  Upgrade domain for a few companies. 15 years old

MagicalWeddings.com  No bidders.  Aka expensive weddings

EUVE.com  12 years old.  Acronym for anything but Google results bring up a satellite

DEZZ.com  Nickname for Desmond or just a memorable LLLL.com

EliteGrill.com No bidders.  Sounds like a place I’d like to eat.

BetterBasements.com No bidders. 11 years old.  Great marketing name for someone that finishes basements

BeautifulDesign.com  Because ugly design is not as profitable

69588.com  The 88 at the end will draw lots of bidders. One of the 5N.coms worth owning

OMT.cc  Just pointing out that LLL.cc names have liquidity and are starting to move a little. Not saying buy, just saying

Salon.cc   Big keywords dot cc?  It’s all over the board.  This one is only at $20 at press time

App.Reviews    Godaddy’s .review and .ninja auctions end today and this is one of the better names. Will establish value, if any IMO

E.ninja  Single letters aren’t worth much any more since there are tens of thousands coming up but it all depends on the price

Bitcoins.Global  No bidders.  Would be the first tld where bitcoins keyword didn’t sell.  But there are a few days left

NEW!!!! Working Godaddy Domain Code of the day.. 99 cent New Registration GOFD722A

3745,net  14 years old.    Only 17 bidders

PainSolution.com   I’ve said this many times.  People will pay a lot of money to stop the pain

HCDH.com   Great letters. 12 years old

PetHotels.org   Pet people want to find out which hotels are pet friendly

PetFriendlyHotels.org  Same thing

WCP.net  Will sell for over $1000

AHT.com  Not sure what the reserve is but should cross $10K

Task.io  Perfect start up name.  Price reflects it

  1. I am new to domain investing and was wondering if you could expand on how you were able to breakeven on domain renewal and any specific methods you have employed in attaining that.
