Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Friday April 7th

You get a lot of opinion on how to make money in this industry but I can give you one that I can guarantee is right. You have to have your names listed on Afternic and have them come up in the feed at Godaddy.  Its a must.  It’s silly not to have your domain come up when someone types something similar to your name in a Godaddy search.  It is such a huge platform that its important to be seen there.  I watch Josh sell names daily because of this.  If you want to buy and wait like Schwartz then there’s no need.  But if you need to sell some names then its a must.  It takes a few minutes to get it done but I can guarantee it will be worth your time.  Here are today’s names.  Click for current price

Quote Of The Day:  ” We live in the kind of society, where, in almost all cases, hard work is rewarded -Neil deGrasse Tyson”

Domain Of The Day: Big CPC name. And NOBODY is looking for high interest loans. Good adwords name

Domains That I Like With Multiple Bids   I played the drums as a kid.  Great name to gather all things drum   Five figures.  I’m a bidder    18 years old.  Good way to get around the NBA trademark   And yet I still think I like Home Depot better.  I get wood at both places   Obvious play on the band or the magazine   14 years old.  No bidders.     Prediction site, upcoming tech,  anything people are looking forward too  vs.    I think you get better return buying the first one.  My opinion only   Race Pace Calculator   Good enough to buy the dot net   So fresh and so clean clean, and     The four expiring, lower priced on the board today    Tech name on both words    Says exactly what the company is going to provide

Domains With One or No Bids Incredible name, solid price they’re not usually hard to find but in case you are looking You get three wishes. And none of them can be gift certificates to SexDepot Worth buying because of the 55 in my opinion. As long as you get it under $20 No such thing as a wire agent which means the brand is all yours. No bids These 5L with great western letters and end in C are starting to get $12 bids There is a lot of slots in Illinois. Sports to follow soon Upgrade name for lots of salons that share it Generic for Allegiant Pretty broad name other than you have to be in Nevada and offer a service of some kind Easy logo and memorable brand. No bids Great email for under $50 IMO. At $17 Not too many have joined this club. And a lot of died trying the Chinese LOVE 360 names

Other Godaddy Domains With Bids

Namejet Auction  Good worldwide letters.    These types have been crushing it lately  Great acronym letters.  Vowels are bargains right now  As I said above, the Chinese love 360. And the love to gamble in the forex market   Generic kickstarter .   New Microfinancing laws have made investing in things much easier    Only at $210  These do better on Godaddy than Namejet.   Good chance to flip     Always ends up as an adult site   I have a pair of these.  Got them when I was young

Sedo  Has a great first bid.   Nice single word dot com  No reserve with no bids

  1. Your comments were very much what I was thinking on the trademark workaround.

More importantly .. if you owned .. why would you need for even one wish to be gift certificates to SexDepot? Just wish to own the entire store! 😉

PS .. check your email .. I think I might have finally got one!

  2. You are better off listing your domains directly on GoDaddy auctions if you can, instead of on Afternic.
If you set domains to make an offer on Afternic, with a minimum amount, your make an offer minimum price shows up lower on GoDaddy auctions than it does on Afternic. Surprise!

    1. Mark, Shane’s talking about BIN, fast transfer if possible, listings. You won’t get impulse buys with make offer, you won’t get the increased syndication either.

    1. Fatih, No and yes, sorta… It depends on the type of listing. If you list your names on Afternic they will show in the Godaddy Auction feed. If it’s Afternic fast transfer they’ll show up like a Godaddy “premium” listing at Godaddy and will be syndicated as premium BIN to a larger range of participating registrars. I think Listing on Godaddy auctions may syndicate to the basic Afternic network, but I’m not sure. Listings with Godaddy Premium will show up in the Godaddy registration path as soon as listed. Domains aren’t eligible for Afternic fast transfer until they clear the 60 day transfer lock. So to break that all down, your best chance of selling a name that lives at Godaddy is to list it as a Godaddy BIN Premium Listing right away, Also add it to Afternic and opt in to Afternic fast transfer as soon as it lets you.
