It’s crazy but I am just now at 100% after NamesCon. Yes, it took almost a month to get back to full strength. It really came down to lack of sleep. When I tried to get back to my normal routine when I got home my body couldn’t take it and caught the flu. It didn’t help I ran 17 miles on the day I got back. My routine is pretty exhausting. I always get 7 hours of sleep and run 40-50 miles a week and pretty much don’t stop moving and working. I couldn’t do it being less than healthy. There were some days I needed 10 hours just to go to work. And forget the running. I didn’t even try for a few weeks. I looked like shit for 3 weeks (yes, worse than normal). This week I finally felt better and got back to running. I was able to work longer hours again and ran 30 miles this weekend . I actually started writing again because my mind was healthy. Its amazing how getting out of routine effects everything. It’s good to get out of routine but it has to be by choice. It’s nice to be back. Here are today’s names. Click the links for current price
