Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Monday September 18th

Sep 18 2017

Escrow.com

It’s probably time to take down the DomainSherpa banners to the right.  I left them up in case Mike got a second wind.  But I saw a picture of him this weekend and he’s grown a beard. It’s official, he’s retiring.  You don’t just go and grow a beard or miss a few weeks shaving unless you got plans.  Or lack of plans.  Nothing says “I work at home and nobody is going to see me” or “I’m on permanent vacation” like facial hair.   Of course there are those like Elliot Silver who could go six or seven years and still look like a 15 year old Laotian boy’s facial hair.   So we will really never be able to tell when he’s in vacation mode.   And then there is Drew Rosener who grows a thick full beard if he doesn’t shave twice a day.  His five O’clock shadow needs beard oil.  But back to Mike, he’s out and his spots are for sale.  Make us an offer for the spots for a month.  We’ll probably take it.  Here are today’s names, you have to click to see current price.

Quote of the Day:  “Be grateful for what you have and stop complaining – it bores everybody else, does you no good, and doesn’t solve any problems”   -Zig Ziglar  (especially about people that inquire about your names)

Domains of the Day:  8GC.com A 8 with an LL should be in the $2500 if I have my pricing right. Would have a ways to go if I am correct. I may not be so don’t buy based on anything I say

Namejet , DropCatch, and Sedo Names at Auction

BlueDinosaur.com  Easiest logo ever.   Under $100 at press time

SafetyAudit.com   A businesses nightmare and a big money maker for safety supply sellers

DigitalBitcoins.com     A bit redundant with the word digital but no bidders and cheap

NGO.com  Hasn’t met reserve but it deserves a big price

Genk.com Met reserve at $3500.  If you want it more it can be yours

Liters.com   How most of the world measure liquid volume

BurnedOut.com Closes today.  What so many people get after doing something too long

99300.com   Zeros are bad.  Zeros are great because they are round.   Confusing isn’t it

TrueReach.com    Reach is the key word in Internet advertising

WindCurrents.com  I see these on Twitter all the time. New technology shows wind patterns. Pretty cool stuff.  NO bids

GGLU.com  Met reserve at $330 so it will sell today

Coba.com  Met reserve as well

ʘʘ.com   Eyeballs/boobies is going to sell.  Has two bids

PowerStacks.com   I would love to have the S dropped but this will be much cheaper

Xuanshu.com   Another Chinese name fetching thousands of dollars that I know nothing about

ClearwaterSeafood.com   If you are going to have a seafood name I think having a city close to water helps.  Clearwater is

Bevee.com   Already a line of handbags and a few other things

213.me     You saw yesterday that NNN.me are getting some good prices

Domains That I Like With One or No Bids

Koslen.com 1996 birthday and popular enough last name for someone to eventually use as a business

DomainNeeds.com Tool name for our industry. Only one bidder at $12

Raaven.com Not worth much but its one of the first misspelling with the double vowel I think is cool looking

CheeseCellar.com No bids. Where the cheese ages, just like wine but without the middle aged housewives

Playery.com Save a million dollars by adding a Y

365Hustle.com It’s what it takes to succeed some times

SilkCreek.com Smooth and watery

BagelDonut.com Yes its a thing. Of course it started in NY

Yes, facial hair says it all.
    .
I can’t believe you and the DSAD team haven’t stepped forward to continue the DomainSherpa legacy! 🙂

I just relistened to the final review on a late night walk with my dog.
    .
I’ll certainly miss them .. but I guess on the bright side it means less informed newcomer domains means they will focus on all the crap domains and leave the good stuff with less competition and ultimately cost us less on the wholesale side! … Maybe? lol

I too always looked forward to my monday 3am walk with my dog … I didn’t realise the finality had already reached facial hair status though .. guess it’s truly over! 🙁
