Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Sunday September 17th

Sep 17 2017

Are your purchases this year better than the Domain King’s?   Rick Schwartz posted some of the names he’s purchased this year and my first thought was “I think mine are better” .  Of course he is MUCH better at selling his names than I am and that’s really what matters.   Here’s a picture that he tweeted of names he has purchased this year?   How do yours compare? Here are today’s names. Quote of the Day:  “Only a guy who isn’t rowing has time to rock the boat”  -Jean Paul Sartre

Domains of the Day: No bids on this nice crypto name

Namejet , DropCatch, and Sedo Names at Auction  Has a negative connotation but I think negative names can be made positive with some creativity   1996 birthday.   I think ScrubDaddy you probably think Godaddy    “Sir did you know that OSHA requires you to have X and Y and Z”  Safety is an easy sell . 1998 birthday   Good name for our industry   Going to do very well.  Great letters….worldwide  Nice one word.  Not the best one word but everyone knows the word   Double extra large  I am a buyer of energy.  Don’t buy but certainly take a look   Nice crypto name.  Of course you can throw a lot of animals at the end of Crypto   Chinese name is hitting four figures   Good travel name for the price IMO.  Does sound a little similar to Travago which may not help   Clothing at a big discount   online education is the hot market.  Every university covets the easy online money

Godaddy Domains That I Like With Multiple Bids  Means “king” in Spanish.  And an  50K plus name IMO  1997 5L and its still under $50 at press time  There are a few of these around the world.  21 years old    I don’t know much about PHP.  I just know I don’t know how to write it and glad Travis does. 2001 name   I don’t know why I feel like this is going to be a porn site eventually    How credit cards work.   The new services have gone to a straight percentage. and    The triple repeating numbers at the end of a are still doing very very well   Not a big .me guy but man do I love sweets  and still have 3 figure value as well   I assume the trade mark on Candy Crush would come into play but lots of bidders don’t care    Keywords are strong enough to overcome the .info    Nice techy brand

Domains That I Like With One or No Bids One word keywords in dot cc are starting to move a little. Don’t get too excited. Only the best words See….. not all one words get bids. None here Circles are generally smooth. That’s why its memorable…..and cheap

On average I’d agree even a lot of my buys were considerably better than his … BUT .. his best ones on the list like BoardRoom, SmartGlasses and InstaCast .. are pretty darn top notch that will net him way more than anyone with a better average overall list than him!

Good eye. he bought 5.5 years ago for $4K. Is that really recent? The real recent purchases like and are very ‘meh’. Doesn’t matter though because the names he aquired in the 90’s will allow him to play with house money for the rest of his life.
