Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Thursday January 26th

If you think domain conferences are just one party then you’re doing it wrong.  Ask any first time attendee if they they feel they got their money’s worth out of the show.  I’m pretty sure they felt they met some contacts and learned a few things, that will make them more money in this industry.  I feel bad for the people that couldn’t make it.  They missed an opportunity to become a better domain investor.    Those that came to spam their names might think differently.  There were a few that came up to people and said things like “I heard you have a cat named Lacy, I own if you’d like to make an offer”.  People started figuring out who they were and left them on an island.

Not many times where you are standing waiting for an elevator shaking hands and talking to Kevin Ham and Scott Day.  Neither one of them had read our site as expected but it was great to have a quick chat and tell Scott that I’m the newest farmer turned domainer.  Pretty sure they’ll both remember our conversation for the rest of their lives. Because while I was talking to them Josh stole their wallets.  Here are today’s names.  Click the links for current price

Quote of the Day:  “ You only live once but if you do it right, once is enough -Mae West  ”

Domain of the  20 year old name.   There are a lot more uses for escrow other than domain names.

Domains That I Like With Multiple Bids    I think a few people would want to know the answer.  Under $40 at press time     I was thinking vacuum sealers and that’s exactly what came up in Google    I like this type of brandable canna name better than many exact match names.  Evidently everyone agrees   20 years old with a few hundred backlinks.  Used to be used for the Strongland Chamber of Commerce    17 years old.   Scary name   I know I am.   Great blog name for someone that wants to write about the journey   We’ve talked about it here several times but I think “Best” names are good because that’s what’s people type into Google when they are looking for something   Same with top.  Not searched for as much but exudes the best   People love winning things     I know I am     One of those names that doesn’t make sense to me so I assume the price is for the backlinks   Yet another that drops     5L under $30………….for now

Domains With One or No Bids Nice self marketing name for a meet and greet or a book signing I think this goes for $300 plus. My opinion only My wife uses a program that holds the email for a few minutes so she has time to catch emails Great email name for the price Nice little 5L for $17 I see canna use for this one. One $10 bidders

Domains With Bids

Namejet Auction    86 bidders agree this name has a lot of potentia.   Even Uniregsitry is one of the top bidders   Reserve under $500 but under $250 at press time   Two hot categories in one domain   Reserve met.  Cloud or auto and that’s enough right now  Not too many bidders.  At $69

Sedo and Flippa  20 year old name.   There are a lot more uses for escrow other than domain names.   Big name, reserve probably is big as well  Very important name.    Hope it ends up in the hands of someone who can do good with it  Nice three letter dot com  Met reserve so it looks like someone is going to get Dik. Sorry, too easy and    Both had under $100 reserves so they are going to sell   If this was singular it would be great.  The plural isn’t worth owning IMO but 10 bidders disagree

SEDO  Met reserve at $900.   I like this one as a brand     Reserve is met so this is going to sell    Also met reserve.   73 offers on this one over the last few years    These have averaged $2500 plus so it has some room to run    When someone tells you your name is shit, in this case they will be right
