Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Wednesday March 15th

Mar 15 2017

WTF is going on.  Frank the great turns into the bad guy, Berkens trashes Rosener’s auction right as it closes. Clements joins Team Drew and sends out an email to clients about closing at auction.   Everyone is acting like they have to pick teams like its a damn Twilight love triangle.  Schwartz finds a megaphone on Twitter and takes over the feed. And my investment in dot .WS comes up in every comment section.  This industry is brilliant.  I like to give everyone the benefit of the doubt about being intelligent and good people but there are asshats around every corner.  And that’s not referring to anyone above.  Not all of them  (Rated R for language)  Here are today’s names.  Click for current price

Quote Of The Day:  “Competition has been shown to be useful up to a certain point and no further, but cooperation, which is the thing we must strive for today, begins where competition leaves off. -FDR ”

Domain Of The Day:   A flashlight in the UK .  Good brand for anything that guides

Domains That I Like With Multiple Bids  A truer statement has never been made   Now this is how you start a list.  Two powerhouse Picnic names right off the bat   If you’ve been to a tractor pull you’d know this word.  Could be used for other things but I see a tractor pull in this name’s future. 19 years old   Good if its prices.  Bad if its your Grandma    Sounds like this would be a good thing.  Death is something I’m looking to avoid right now  A with the word box in it.  That’s all I see here   Last name and Gene.  Getting some great bids and crossed $1500   Sounds like a billion dollar company already   Say good luck to this one.  It’s on its way to China   Depends on the day. Some times the brandable 5L go for $50, some time $500    Donald Trumps cloud    8s brought this over $100   Take away an 8 and see what happens to the price  Drone anything   Upgrade name for a few companies

Domains With One or No Bids the only thing better than D is natural D A 5L with one bidder at $12 Lets keep the 5L train running Two popular startup words Oh the content possibilities here. No bids I think the sale of HGH picks up with time. Might as well get a head of the curve. And if you take HGH you’ll definitely get a big head I bet this one gets 2 or 3 bids Pretty sure I saw this on the shelves at GNC. (my hangout spot at the mall while my wife shops, I spend more at the food court than here which says something)

Namejet Auction  Be careful this could get a UDRP against it.  Just kidding.  Amazing name   Another nice domain.  Young Illinois  Getting some great bids.   Big keyword and bidders seem to thing .cc isn’t a problem  Double voweled is worth more than $250 IMO    At $230 and no reserve so it will sell   Also at $230 and almost at reserve   56 bidders  At $150.  My wife is one of the few women I know that don’t stop at every outlet mall on when they see one.     Sounds like   I still think names like this are good investments.  Its all a rewholesale play.  Not going to get rich but so far if you buy and hold you sell for more later.  Not guaranteed to continue but I’m still a buyer….and a seller

R.Biz    I think this hits reserve.   First single letter dot biz I’ve seen.  I think its worth the $50K    The kind of names I’ve been buying lately

How did you miss this one after Monday’s Sherpa review? I think it’s only slightly less valuable than .. lol: – Gift basket with teddy-bears instead of flowers

My domain of the day: – What the hell is this ?!? lol

LoL Shane 🙂 Agreed things become nasty. The most surprising was I thought Rick had retired till i figured out he just changed the platform to be able to blog once an hour in 140 characters. 🙂

He still is a great source for a starter to learn domaining from the scratch.

BTW i did not receive that mail from Clements
