A couple things to start off the week. One. I think we’ve clearly established that the biggest trend around the world is now gardening. I’ve seen fantastic gardens from Andrew Rosener, Morgan Linton, and dozens of other domain investors that want to grow more of their own food and in general add plants to their environment. On Saturday alone we sold a whole greenhouse of vegetables and herbs and 280 cubic yards of mulch. Record numbers. And we did it all with a drive through service and order pick up. All thanks to DSAS’s Travis and his amazing site building skills. Even he was impressed in the amount of orders doubling every day as he build and improves the site.
Second. I thought Morgan Linton’s Bread Pudding article was great. It’s fun and different. Domain Investing can be stale as F and mixing it up a little is refreshing. We bloggers owe nothing to anyone. Not one single one of you pay to read our articles. When I go to a site and pay nothing for their time I am a leach. I expect nothing. I didn’t give anything but my time and it was a decision I made. I am thankful to their advertisers. They enable the writers to do what they do. I am the merely the eyeballs the advertisers are hoping to reach and that’s my only role. To think that what I like or don’t like represents the best thing to write about is naive. So kudos to Morgan and piss off to anyone that criticized what he did because they don’t like that he went off topic. If you don’t like what he wrote I’m sure he’ll give you 150% refund to what you paid him.
Quote of the Day: “I used to think the world was broken down by tribes,’ I said. ‘By Black and White. By Indian and White. But I know this isn’t true. The world is only broken into two tribes: the people who are assholes and the people who are not.” – Sherman Alexie

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by us, Shane and Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
