It’s Christmas Eve and Monday which essentially makes this the least productive day of the whole year as far as work goes. Unless you’re in retail and then its the easiest sales day of the year. People will literally grab anything off the shelves because they have zero other choices. No selling necessary. You have an entire pocketful of “you shouldn’t have waited so long” to disburse if necessary. I got all my shopping done and for me its video game week. Its the only week of the year I play video games and watch movies. This years choice is Red Dead Redemption 2. Heard it was pretty good. As for movies I still have some catching up to do. I didn’t watch a ton of movies growing up because I was always outside playing soccer or basketball. I just watched Jaws for the first time recently and haven’t sat down and watch the Godfather series yet. I know the famous scenes I just haven’t sat down and watched star to finish. Of course I’ve seen Talladega Nights 28 times and just watched Spring Breakers so my priorities need to shift more than finding time.
As for domains. What a year. It was a much better year for my “circle” of domainer friends but mine was pretty good. I am super stoked about the crazy rise in prices for single word and good two word dot coms. I have no doubt I’ll do a quarter of million in sales in 2019. For some that’s one sale. For me its a great year. I’ve said this a million times but every single name I have is from writing blogs or selling a name and buying another. I started with a $15 domain registration and every single thing I have has been built on that. I’m living the side hustle dream that everyone talks about and stories are written about when it happens. But I always remind people that it only took 9 years of two hours or more a day, every day. Simple. Of course they want me to teach them how to do it in 30 minutes. 🙂 Here are today’s names. Click through to see the current price and to fund this daily list
Quote of the Day: “People who claim that they’re evil are usually no worse than the rest of us… It’s people who claim that they’re good, or any way better than the rest of us, that you have to be wary of.” -Gregory Maguire

“Started with a $15 domain” That’s Great Shane! I can’t believe you’ve never seen the Godfather. Being Italian I had to see it, it was mandatory. 🙂 … But then again, I never saw Talladega Nights. 🙂
To everyone at dsad have a Great Christmas!
Merry Christmas and happy new year to you and the dsad staff…keep it coming
Hi Shane. Hope to hear your advise. Do you see any value in Otooc.com ? o2o Commerce.
Hi Robin, Shane will probably chime in with his own opinion, but I saw the comment and thought I would give you mine. Wouldn’t o2o commerce be be otoc.com or o2oc.com or o2o.com (like b2b)? The extra o doesn’t sense. There may be some value as a pronounceable 5L.com, but even that is going to be a hard sell, because it’s a weird pronunciation. If I owned the name, I would submit it to BrandBucket and Brandpa to get a couple other opinions and list it if accepted or let it go if not. Hope that helps.
I’m with Travis on this one. I don’t see a lot of value but worth putting on Brandbucket or Afternic and seeing if someone else does
Thanks guys. I overlooked the extra “o”. Haha.
