I finally started my Instagram accounts for myself (@shanecultra) and my nursery (@countryarbors). Its ridiculous that I haven’t started the account for the nursery because the nursery is absolutely made for Instagram. Getting good pictures is like shooting fish in a barrel. As for the personal account. The reason I hadn’t started it is because Instagram seems to be pictures OF you instead of by you. There are people that take pictures of other things but most of the successful accounts seem to be of people or things that were pleasant to look at. That I am not.
Another reason is I feel like I’m too all over the board to be on Instagram. People follow others for reasons. Good looking. A topic they like. Interesting stuff. Again. I’m not any of those. But I’m going to give it a try and see what happpens. I’ll just take pictures that represent my life and daily routine and see if anyone cares.
On a side note I’m starting to get very busy again so I’m starting a weekly planning guide to make sure I finish all the things I need to do. And each day I’m writing 3 things I’m grateful for. I figure it will last 3 weeks until my last entry says “fill out journal for next week”
