It’s about time to start finishing up the plans for Namescon in Vegas.  I haven’t booked a hotel yet but I always stay at the MGM. I would love to help the conference and get a room at the Tropicana but I really like my room at the MGM each year.  And if you walk out the door at the registration desk you just have to cross the street and come right in the door near the Sportsbook.  You don’t have to walk all the way across the casino and across the crosswalk like everyone thinks.  People made a big deal because it was closed last year but I don’t even use it.  It makes the walk 3 times as long if you go that way.

We’re going to give away some free tickets to Namescon on Domain Sherpa so you’ll want to watch Monday’s episode to find out how.   Monday’s show is the DSAD edition of Domain Sherpa with Josh and I joining Andrew and Tess.  Josh always gives a good alternative viewpoint as a guy that does well with the lower cost end of domains.  He doesn’t buy many names over $100 but constantly sells names for $1000 to $20,000.   Which you have to when you have as many names as he does. It’s a model many try and copy but few can do it.  Plenty lose money trying.  Because anyone can buy names.  Only the best can buy names that companies actually want.
