Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Wednesday May 15th, 2019

What percentage of your portfolio would you say you bought for yourself and not to flip?  Maybe it is something that’s a hobby, something you think are but never will build out, or just thought was clever.  I’ll give you some advice it’s too high.  I know because everyone has too many names in that category that sit there year after year gathering dust and renewal cost.  I have names like, and dozens of other names that I love but can pretty much guarantee will never get an offer.  I justify it by saying it only cost me a few hundred dollars a year and the email and jokes alone are worth it.
The positive is that I have not added any of these types of names in several years so its not getting worse.   The negative is I haven’t shed but half of them and forgot to unautorenew flatpanelmounts for the 8th straight year.  It’s also become like a neighborhood cat that I can’t get rid of and I’ve begun to care for it.
On another note a domain is up for auction that is one of the best domain company names I’ve seen in many years.  Its resale value is limited to other domain investors but I’m pretty much guaranteeing whoever buys it uses it. I think it will go for over $10K and I like most domain investors, will be in the bidding.  Anyone want to venture a final price guess?  Here are today’s names. Make sure to click on the names to see the current price and to help DSAD keep on keeping on

No popular but I know one   Met reserve . Somebody is about start helping people produce people  Won’t sell but great name  Met reserve.  I think this crosses $10K   Who knew Naked and Afraid would drive the survival gear and info market to these levels. Met reserve at $91   A .info that actually has some value IMO.  My opinion only. Don’t buy on it. Make up your own mind.  Especially on anything non com   A greeting AND a domain    A monthly subscription of something manly   Get smarter as you snack

Godaddy Domains With Multiple Bids  Hunting dogs go for big bucks and then even more big bucks to train them   Not sure how you would use this but at $200 people look willing to figure it out  I camel cased it like its a real word.  It’s a name and it looks like an accepted Scrabble word but I’m not buying it, literally   Great letters and A for association  A bit long but decent toy store name   The top number of bids on the Godaddy board today  I think this will be a marketing name for a much larger tech company that does this   Just a matter of time before .wow is a real thing  Nice little  Super long but super important.  Women are pretty rough on other women in general  Bitcoin sudden rise has this getting some bids
