DomainShane’s BIG LIST of Domain Name Auction Picks: Friday, April 10th, 2015

Escrow.com

Yesterday was one of those days.  Young employee not showing up,  flu bug going around, everyone a little tired from first couple weeks of hard work.   Spring is brutal in the plant business.  Then I do this at night and also try to spend time with my family.  Not much room for error.  Right as I’m coming home from work my daughter asks if I would take her to Chipotle because my wife wanted to go for a long run and not make dinner.  I’m tired but I tend to do things asked of me by my family because they don’t ask much.  On the way to get food I hit something on the Interstate and it shreds my back tire. Run flat had no chance. There I am on the highway trying to change a tire on my new car literally reading the book to see where the hell all the tools are.   My X5 had a full size spare but the not Sport Explorer, it has a bicycle tire.  We get the Chipotle and take the back roads home.  So I get to start writing this at 9, tired and depressed because now I have to figure out how to find the time to get a new set of tires installed.  So in advance, sorry for the bad links and bad spelling.  Here are today’s names.

Apexx.com   An upgrade name for lots of companies.  The domain is also old enough to drink.  21 years old

MediaInc.com  Same thing here.  Upgrade name.  20 years old

FloridaNews.com The price tells me that news out of Florida is in high demand.  19 years old and 33 bidders

ScreenLock.com  Not sure how you monetize this one but a few bidders think they can.

Adoptable.com  My favorite name on the list.  Such a great name that could be used for a great cause.  Pets or kids.

IAPV.com  International Associate of Pole Vaulters.   You’ll want to get a jump on this one. 16 years old

BurlapSack.com  I think it would make a good country or similar brand.  No bidders

KnowMore.com Highest price on the GD board today.  I like it but didn’t think it would get this high

MagicWax.com   Great pot name.  You may not know what pot wax is but its a thing.   But magic wax doesn’t have to be drugs it can be anything.  It’s magic

HotBloggers.com Aaron and I should definitely own this one

59729.com One of the older 5N.coms I’ve seen

888912.com   Over $500 that tells me that a 6N.com with 888 and no fours is now worth at least $800

XGSM.com   Already over $200

VGIN.com  You’re an IR short of a Virgin

87825.com   A couple 8s and no 4s.  At $10 but probably won’t be by the time you read this

NEW GODADDY COUPON CODE: $1.99 Transfer into Godaddy VARIANT

Satchels.org  15,000 searches per month.  10 years old.  Satchels and purses can be pretty expensive.  The domain is not, at $1

Razor.info   The info about razors I want to know is how do I get one MUCH cheaper but as good of a shave as my Gillette Sensor

Portfolio of 30 Virtual Reality Names     Hard to deny that VR is a big part of the future.  This portfolio is in somebody’s future because it’s already met reserve and its at $1

LAA.com I wish I had the cash. I would buy this one

GiftCard.io    I wish I would have gotten in the .io.  Another trend I missed.  This is doing the best of the several .io at Flippa today

XGGN.com    Met reserve.  8 bids

BigW.com Somebody sent this to auction and I seriously doubt anyone is going to bid higher.  Can’t believe seller didn’t just take the offer

SEDO’s Live Auctions Going on Now

DakotaRiver.com  No bidders.  19 years old. Feel like I already have a pair of boots from this company

XVZ.com  I like this one. Its no LAA but I’ll take it

Slips.com   Tens of thousands of people rent boat slips.  I think they do.  Is that where you store your boat.  I live in Illinois so I’m just guessing.  We have corn, not water

TheKitchenTable.com One of those domains that I actually like have THE in the name as much as without

StudentTalk.com  Getting a few bids but students don’t usually use sites or apps with student in it.  They prefer some made up name of two words
