DomainShane’s BIG LIST of Domain Name Auction Picks: New Years Eve Edition

Escrow.com

Aaron and I had a annual meeting and I would like to report the outcome.  The minutes read “We had some fun and we made some money, all good”.  We also decided to keep going strong on the blog.  It’s actually been a great year for both of us.  In both our regular jobs and our online world.  We both share the love of running and both accomplished some great feats this year and reminisced a little about some of our races.  Aaron finished the legendary Leadville 100.  A 100 mile race through the mountains of Colorado and I had a new PR of 3:09 in my 25th marathon.  We talked about trying new 100 mile races this year and developing new sites to generate some regular income.  Both of which will require a lot of time.  Something that is hard to find in our schedules. But replacing sold domains is getting harder and harder and it would be nice to get some additional base income to go with our domain sales.   We’ll let you know what we come up with.  With that in mind we have one advertising spot coming available tomorrow if anyone is interested.  Be safe tonight. Here are today’s names.

Giro.net  The top CVCV.nets are starting to fetch nice prices.  This one seems to be following the trend

SongLand.com  Kind of cheesy IMO but I wouldn’t kick it out of bed for eating double stuff oreos.  16 years old

Steamify.com Got a bid over $1000.  Quite a few things named this so it may have been one of those entities that hit the bid

FunFarm.com Not sure if the site will eventually have a bunch of children playing with animals or a guy screwing a llama.  Getting bids by one of the two

5480.net  Everyone should have a few NNNN.net.  This is of the middle tier variety

WhiteNoiseMachine.com I have used one every night for 30 years.  The key to my success.  PS my white noise machine is really just a small fan.  One bidder

Ramish.com No bidders yet 300,000 Google results

ABNW.com  Surprised that’s it’s under $1o0.  This is a $250+ name IMO.  My bid almost gets it there

TYAM.com  I love sweet potatoes.  That is all

Woogo.com  This is the type of name I’ve been buying for 10 years.  Used to be $20 but were $700 for a while as well.  Should be in between now.  Dot net available as well

NinjaTv.com   If I owned ninja.tv I would want this one.

NWLW.com  W for Worldwide.

A PRE NEW YEARS GODADDY COUPON CODE: A 99 Cent Dot Com Registration GOFDAU10

Cuvs.com  Boston for curves

DQZ.com  Been a few weeks for a LLL.com at auction.  All LLL.coms are great but this will set a lower limit

9195.com  Pending Delete.  Every single drop catcher in the world will be putting on their resources on this one

ACFA.com  They may put a little on this one as well
