DomainShane’s BIG LIST of Domain Name Auction Picks: Thursday 9/4

Escrow.com

I was going over my domain business numbers for August and I was real happy with August.  I have to admit, hitting record months aren’t that hard when you have to build a portfolio through reinvestment.  A $10,000 month is rare for me but it does add up.  I don’t have the portfolio of an Adam Strong or Alan Dunn, but over the years I’ve added some good names and now those names are starting to sell.   No matter how “big” I get I still can’t believe I can make that much extra money from nothing.  Just straight hard work.  I’ve said it 100 times. I have never spent one penny from sources outside what I’ve made on the Internet.  Only reinvestment and blogging.  And a lot of hard work, each day, every day, for years.  And that’s where I lose most people.  They love the no money investment part.  They just don’t like the 2 hours a day, 7 days a week, for 250 straight weeks thing.   Here is today’s list.

MBAN.com  16 years old.  I don’t know what Medical Body Area Network is but 5 million sensors shipped according to an article in Google

PuddleOfMud.com  “I love the way you look at me, I love the way you spank my ass”  Loved them back in the day.  Actually saw them live 7 or 8 years ago

Wood.cc   Not a bad dot cc for $12

Melon.net  Actually my favorite name of the board for the price

TimeShare.info  Buy GD, flip on Flippa

39983.com I’m learning the 5N.com market but this seems like a nice one to me

ScubaTank.com  Has a whopping 66 bids and doing well.  Fantastic name for a buildout

Violins.net  Has been up for sale before.  I still think its a great name if that’s what you sell.  14 years old

MVIQ.com  I’m missing why this one is doing well.  I’m sure it’s a great name, just don’t know why

Cartridges.info   Flippa is the king of dot info.  My favorite part in the description “Linguistic and Phonological Suitability”    A little too over the top on the description.  It’s just a good dot info, no more

CashbackCards.com  For people that can monetize credit card domains, this one is gold

Working Godaddy Domain Code of the day. 25% off new items added to cart. Great for new gTLDs bb2017a

Xtensions.com  I actually like this as a new site for the new gTLDs.  Or hair extensions…but those are so boring compared to new gTLDs

UnTouched.com  16 years old.  So fresh and so clean clean

MyHaircut.com   Ahhh, the days when I had to get a haircut to keep it out of my eyes.  Getting some love

Staplers.net  9 bidders for a product that almost every person owns.  Damn dot net, what’s going on?

Kags.com 13 years old.   Nice and short

TrainingPlans.net   Tens of thousands buy online training plans.  Going to be a great buy for someone who can build it out

NaturalHemp.com  Going to have to beat out Woody Harrelson on this one

DomainCandy.com  No bidders.  Good name for a domain investor.  I’m selling it so please overpay

Weak.net  I’m going to take a bath on this one.  The reserve is $500 and I paid $3K

TRSN.com  Getting lots of bids because the letters are so good
