Had a call from Bill McClure yesterday. Bill is one of my favorite guys in the industry and any time he’s calling, I’m answering. He was called to let me know how stoked he was to buy Coffee.club. One of the main reasons he bought a dot club name is he believes in the people at dot club. He purchased the name, not because it’s a killer name, but because he will have the full support of dot club. Dot club needs people like Bill McClure on their team. He will build a fantastic company on the domain and in return make dot club look good. They can say “look what can be built on dot club”. In return they need to make him the cover boy of dot club. And use him in the advertising with all their registrars like Godaddy. It will be interesting to see how it plays out but I already know how it’s going to end and that’s well. Here are today’s names
