DomainShane’s BIG LIST of Domain Name Auction Picks: Wednesday, May 27th, 2015

It’s been fun to watch all the names getting bids over at Sedo.  They are seeing a resurgence in push to auctions because the LLLL.com and CCC.com markets are so hot.  Its obvious people are searching through the database and putting out bids and hitting Buy it Nows.  All leading to more sales and more auctions.  A lot of the initial bids are high enough that I think the seller should have just taken the bid instead of sending it to auction but then as soon as I say it, someone bids it higher.  The domain No8.com got a $30K bid.  That I don’t see moving higher.  Here are today’s names

Talco.com   A lot of business and things already have this name.  And a lot of people REALLY want this domain.  18 years old

LiveWild.com   LYVE or LIV.  Either way I love it.  But I like to Liv wild.  Once I stayed up until 10 pm

EUS.net  Has one bid at $450.  Or at least did when I wrote this

RGPP.com  Opening bid of $375 hasn’t been hit.  I think its worth that or more

TrekEverest.com  No bidders.  Surprised an expedition company hasn’t swiped this one.  $12 is 1/5 of the cost of an air canister.

GreaterYou.com  Self help names have done extremely well this year.  This one is doing pretty well itself

BigOtter.com  No bidders Great brand for $12.  Bound to be something named this …or at least it should be

CleanYourOffice.com   Not much value but I get the hint.  And now that I think of it, a great name for an office cleaning company.  No bidders

 WJFX.com  All the “bad” letters together.  So therefore it’s worth a lot

VMSE.com  E, ooooohhhh a vowel.  Nobody likes vowels any more.  But I buy what others don’t like.  I go left when everyone is going right.

70378.com   8s no fours and the price will sour

AgedDomains.com  I figured you would like this one

XKKV.com   Double K used to be rough.  Now its good

Die.com   Whether or not you think it’s a positive word or not you have to agree its memorable.  And that’s all you need to build a great brand.  Could easily hit 6 figures

Refinancing.info   The kind of .info you want to own.  A term that pays well and that lots of people are searching for

ImageSharing.com  The generic for the billion dollar companies that do.   The current price is a little less than a billion

RecreationalPotShops.com  Reserve met. Comes with a portfolio of marijuana domains and a website that gets 50,000 page views

LK5.com  I love seeing the price this one has reached

Rosey.com  Great name but from Brannans and all Brannans names are great but have high reserves

NameCake.com  Was a website and now name is for sale.  Nobody wants it

LYS.com  Met reserve and it’s cheap IMO

3000.net   Got a $4000 bid and I think its actually a good buy

Tier.io    We all know the tech .io names have been doing well.  This qualifies as an LLLL and could be tech.  Met reserve at $10

SEDO’s Live Auctions Going on Now

EXX.com  Last chance to buy this one.   Not going to be cheap but most nice things aren’t

ChangingClimate.com  Pending delete.   Pretty much all we talk about right now
