DSAD.com: Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Friday January 6th

Jan 06 2017

Escrow.com

If you’re reading this it then we (I mean Travis) were successful in moving the entire site over to DSAD.com   This site has been an evolution.  It started as Domain Shane. The Aaron started Accidental Domainer and our sites merged into Domain Shane and Accidental Domainer but kept the DomainShane.com name.  Then Travis and Josh came aboard and our company needed to have a name that is more than just me and more than just Aaron and I.  So DSAD seemed to be as good as any.  Short and memorable.  Or at least we hope its memorable.  DomainShane will still get you here but you’re going to see some changes over the next few months.   Hoping to add a few more writers that cover only news in the domain industry.  The key to expansion is the same as all businesses, we need to come up with the revenue to support the added writers.  If you’re interested in working an hour or two a day to only cover domain news let us know.   Similar to what the other sites do.  Take the press releases and come up with an article or regurgitate something you see on Facebook or Twitter.  But we have bigger plans and that is to actually create our own content and news. Like the old days. Good entertainment and information.  Really looking forward to 2017 but in the meantime there may be a few bugs in the new site so bare with us.

Here are today’s names.  Click to see current price.

Domains That I Like With Multiple Bids

TheBetterWay.com   Searching for a better way?   Here it is

Tifaq.com  14,000 backlinks. 19 years old.   Not exactly sure why all the bids but my guess is because it was a Texas Instruments page ?

SecurityScan.com   Cyber Security and all forms of security are at the top of the importance chart

MeetYouHere.com  I can see it on a sign already. Originally registered 17 years ago

PublishingPortal.com   Mark Levine just had a Sherpa interview where he talked about the value of publishing names

GrowingForward.com   Motivational name.  Mentoring or cannabis

OLNH.com   Great Western letters.  These are the kind of LLLL.coms that I think offer value

BeatFiltering.com Top price on the board today.  Evidently people don’t like being filtered

QualityWork.com    Great marketing name.   Even if you’re not doing it.

CompassDirect.org  59,000 backlinks are the driver here

Vimma.com   Usually these go a little cheaper but it has a little age

DroneDock.com   Drone anything sells lately

DronesDelivery.com  Yup.  Even the plural that doesn’t work real well.

Brighterr.com   These seem to sell pretty well on Brandbucket.   And Brighter would be very expensive

588551.com, 577551.com and 233118.com   All nice patterns for under $100

DigitalSupport.com  Upgrade name for quite a few companies.

Domains With One or No Bids

FindADotCom.com Surprised there are no bidders on this one

Stitchables.com Upgrade name for a few products in the sew and crosstitch world

ColoradoBuffaloes.com I’m sure its trademarked but might be able to use it as a fan site. Check with your lawyer, don’t listen to me.

HowToRollABlunt.com Have to learn somewhere. One bidder

WickedScorpion.com No bids. Sounds like an IPA so its a good name

VirtualAnal.com Here’s your new side hustle. No bidders…….yet

PioneerPay.com Sounds just as bad as Payoneer

NeverBrokeAgain.com Sounds like a nice thought but its a big promise

HigherDomains.com Name your new company. “Highest priced domains in the biz”

TasteOfPa.com I sure hope the original registrant meant Pennsylvania. Don’t buy

NAMEJET

Lari.com   A CVCV and a name. The kind of name
that is super hot right now

OPY.com No such thing as a bad LLL.com

LivingonMars.com People are fascinated with Mars right now. Hot or cold if you’re talking about Mars itself

08421.com All 5N have value. Floor is still
several hundred dollars or more. This is at $79

FitExpress.com This week is THE biggest week of the year for fitness. Might as well make it express and get in and out

Webserv.com $3500 Estibot and 10 bidders. I think this whole Internet thing is run on web servers

articlehut.com Gets some traffic. Only one bidder. There is a decent trafficked name with a hyphen

MaxiDry.com Will certainly be some product named this eventually if there isn’t already. No bidders

Futty.com My kind of 5L. Been buying them for years. Getting back to 2008 2009 prices.

LastPenny.com Some of my best work has been when I’m down to this

KIKA.com Another CVCV. A lot of those closing this week

NewAndUsed.com That pretty much covers it. It has to be one or the other. One bidder

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. I Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by me, Shane . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct. I hand choose my names but I am paid to make this list by the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good

    Hi Shane,
You said Futty.com was your kind of 5L (mine, too BTW).
Are you only buying pronounceable 5L ?
I just don’t get random 5L, or see any value in them.
I buy only pronounceable, “pass the radio test” , Brandbucket-type 5L.

Hoping to hear back from you.
