As much as I don’t like dot co I picked up a portfolio of 100 LLLL.co to add some exposure to the dot co category. I am booking a little profit buy selling 10% of my LLLL.coms (I have 5 left to sell). I also sold off a group of names on Namejet as you’ve seen on my list here. Names that I have a lot of similar and some names I picked up cheap and figured I’d sell for $100 or so and make a little money and clean up the portfolio. I am patient in all of this and my average price is very good in most categories because I got in pretty early. My average Chip cost is under $1000 if you take out my two AAAB.com names. I am also looking to build a portfolio of short brands and have started adding them as well. But I have to sell and adjust my portfolio to do all of this so that’s what I’m doing right now. Changing the exposure and booking a little profits on some, letting it ride on others. We’ll see what happens over the next year. I don’t really care about the next few weeks. Here are today’s names. Click to see current prices.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. I Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by me, Shane . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct. I hand choose my names but I am paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good
Hi Shane,
King is good, 8 is great. But king and 8 can not be together. In Chinese, king8 王八 means Tortoise, used to say someone is Bastard or coward….
Everyday I choose some of the names you list to bid on, but very few times I won.
I believe some of the bidders would like to pay you to NOT put the name they want on your lists…..
“Will be interesting to see how the CHiPs hold up over the next few weeks. A lot of people calling for a collapse…………again”
It has really jumped out at me over the past week that sellers of LLLL are flooding the market. I am seeing 4 times more on the auction sites than 6 months ago.
If buying is constant (or increasing) and supply is drastically increased, logically prices (and interest due to lack of scarcity) will decline. Simply “supply and demand”.
Where are you seeing high volume Meyer?
I’m seeing the exact opposite in regards to volume.
llllsales.com only has 15 listings over the next 10 days. Usually they have 15/day. Chaomi is showing low volume over the past 7 days.
The only place I see higher than normal volume is namepros; however, the sales rate is down.
I’m not disputing higher volumes somewhere, and I do see prices down 10-20% over the past two weeks, but I’d like to know where the volume is up.
Tnx,
Don
Shane,
Can you give some examples of the type of Brandale you are looking for?
Thanks Fred
