I have to admit that the switching over to DSAD has been a humbling experience. It’s been one of those experiences when you realize you’re over your head and completely rely on someone else to get something done. I know most of the time what needs to be done but I just don’t have the skills to do it. Then there are the times where you think you know what needs done but there’s more to it than you realize. And then there’s the time where you just ask “What do we need to do?” This was one of those times.

I think the famous saying is “Hire good people and get out of their way” but in this case it has been team up with good people and get out of their way. I’ve never had a boss in my life. I have people and investors that I have had to answer to but never really been a subordinate. With this technical stuff I have been a subordinate and its refreshing.
