It’s hard to live in the US and not constantly hear about Pokemon Go. I have to admit I have been messing with it the last couple days and it really is fantastic. A combination of geocaching, augmented reality , and gaming. I see the future when I see it. I see so many business applications when I use the thing. Not necessarily with finding Pokemon but the technology in general. I imagine people that are members of our special rewards club looking through their phone and seeing a star hovering over a plant that means its a super special price to only them. Augmented reality is going to be scary fun. I fear how many people are going to be wearing headsets and looking at their phones but it will undoubtedly be amazing. And of course I am thinking how I can monetize it. On another note, congrats to Escrow.com on a million active users. Our industry would not be the same without them. Here are today’s names. Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. I Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by me, Shane . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct. I hand choose my names but I am paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good
Something about Godaddy auction seems very fishy:
The bids for these 3 domains are unreal: 98119.com 98233.com 98158.com
They are good domains, no doubt, but market value for similar sold names is $2.5 – $5k
If you check the whois you see that these 3 domains are actually OWNED by Godaddy ( ” Godaddy redemption service”) and I suspect they somehow bid up their own names.
Check it up !
