1. I WANT a ticket … Sigh .. and so awesome of you guys to give away tickets .. I really REALLY want to go .. even booked it off last year when I picked my vacation time. Just a little too tight from a couple big happenings last year to make it this year. What’s worse is that I have a buddy with a condo on Flamingo I could crash at. Sigh .. would really be a last minute decision .. but I definitely don’t want to block it for anyone else.

   That being said .. here’s a FOUR WORD purchase that landed in my account a couple of days ago ..

   As for domains with bids .. this is the 3rd day in a row now. I’m thinking it’s likely someone who cashed out on something end of year .. and has money to burn and is buying up … if we can figure out who it is maybe I can sell him a couple of domains and pay my flight and spending money for NamesCon! lol

   I haven’t really noticed anything in particular about the quality of domains .. just as garbage as usual for the most part! lol .. It amazes me what gets bids sometimes !?

4. BTW .. we all know Shane already gave away his ticket because he’s going to Africa .. do these 3 new tickets mean the rest of you DSAD crew are no longer going too?

5. Don’t want the ticket (all my airfare money is in crypto :)) but registered eCryptonite.com this week.

   1. I’m pretty sure Cryptonite is going to be some sort of crypto term sooner than later if it isn’t already .. lol. People say e prefix names are dying .. but I think if it’s a good strong term (or anything crypto these days .. lol) then it’s still good .. particularly if you hand-reg’ed it.

   I noticed the last 2-3 days lots of bids…interesting to find out who.

   1. Today was the 3rd day. I’m thinking it’s someone who cashed something out at the end of the year who now has money to burn in the new year? If it is that then maybe it’s more than one buyer? I’ve still managed to snag the few names I’ve really been targeting though .. pretty happy with my buys lately. 🙂

9. I will be able to make the trip to NamesCon happen. I will take one of the tickets. My domain name I recently purchased was ihatedebt.com (as I plan a trip to Vegas and put a bunch of stuff on credit cards).

          We accidentally gave away 6 tickets since I thought your comments was spam trying to sell a name at registry and dismissed it. Then I looked back and saw that you were following the rules just got a little overeager and used the link section to point to the domain. Anyway, I put in an email to make sure everyone is a new conference goer and that I can give away 6 tickets. The second I hear back from them I will send each person a ticket. I imagine this will take less than 24 hours

14. Luckily, I have my ticket already. Last day of NamesCon last year, they gave us a deal to get this years ticket at a discount, so I grabbed it then while I was still there. Very cool.
