We previously took a quick look at a couple of the earliest .Cars developed sites immediately after the launch of the extension, and decided it was time to check out a few more users. The screenshots below are linked, if you would like to check out the sites for yourself.
Exclusive.Cars – This is a change in domain from ExclusiveCars.be, and they’re based in Belgium. “EXCLUSIVE CARS SELLS VINTAGE CARS, SPORTS CARS, RACE CARS AND OTHER EXCLUSIVE CARS TO COMPANIES AND INDIVIDUALS ALL OVER THE WORLD“
WeDrive.Cars – This is an additional site for the company based at WeFloridaFinancial.com. The company does all types of home equity, auto and personal loans, and this new .Cars site provides a focus on just their auto loan program.
Wichita.Cars – You get exactly what you would expect here: cars available for sale in Wichita, Kansas. This company has three dealerships in Wichita, and currently has a separate site live for each dealership. The three dealership sites are much tougher to spell and type in, such as ScholfieldHyundaiEast.com.
Find.Cars – They describe themselves as, “a new, fresh automotive finding service which helps connect buyers and dealers throughout the United States“. When I visit the site, I’m greeted with cars available within 100 miles of my home in Denver, as well as a list of their participating car dealerships.
Check out Sturgis.Rocks
A Kansas based supplier of heavy stone & masonry for residential, commercial and municipal projects. First SturgisMaterials.com, using both domains without redirects. Bidding on the planned World War I Memorial in Washington, D.C.
Upon further research, Sturgis.Rocks known previously as SturgisMaterials.com delivered/assembled the bricks constructing the National World War I Museum at the Liberty Memorial Kansas City, Missouri built year 2000.
The 2nd World War I Memorial in D.C. is expected to be completed by the 100-year anniversary of WW1’s end in 2018.
Thanks Steve for the development example. Looks like a solid company. I bet there aren’t many .Rocks domains in use where the company actually specializes in rocks!
