Sean’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Sunday, June 5th, 2022

Happy Sunday!

Today I’m listening to the new Thornhill album. So good. Particularly vibing with “Blue Velvet” and now you can too:

Here are your domains for the day: Names at Auction – buy and sell tickets to events. One free round of Paxlovid with every successful transaction! – maybe I am not cool enough to know what a zivlog is, but I do know that googling it did not help… – niche job boards are a thing.

Namejet, Sedo, and Names at Auction

Catched – air travel? – nice short name, if you like .it – first tier phrase, second tier TLD

Sedo – for all your – city XYZ gotta have some value – don’t underestimate the bullet journal crowd. Could be a good name…

Namejet – amazing name for a jobs company in the tech space – like “Busta” but hard to spell – probably a lucrative market? Dunno what you’d do with this one…

Godaddy Domains With Bids – it works because there’re TWO KCs, right? – could be a good marketing name for an inexpensive cell phone plan… – one letter away from a real word. – LNN, gotta have some value – everyone likes their shit fast, so they’ll love this… – stuffed animal with a video camera in it? – solid betting name – solid business school brand – me, personally, I love a <keyword>Theory brand. I own several. – big authority, ranking for lots of KWs. Worth looking at… – one-word .orgs are worth taking a look at, even if the SLD is “banjo.” – not a bad one either. – because no one wants a chicken shitting all over the place? – short term rentals as a business are taking over the entrepreneurial space (and making it super hard for people to find places to live in some states). – for when you need more from your cheese than just “being the most amazing food to ever exist.”

A List of Domains That Other People Have Bid On So You Know They At Least Have SOME Value (although… I’ve seen the names people list on Twitter when Mike Cyger asks people to list their best names, so… I guess keep that in mind…)
