SHANE’S BIG LIST: Monday’s Domains at Auction or Dropping on April 7th, 2014

Apr 07 2014

I watched Silicon Valley and thought it was one of the funnier shows in a while.  Absolutely captured the redundancy of people in the startup world.  Everyone saying “we’re the _____ of ______”  Pretending that the most important part of their company is changing the world.  From the narrow car, to Kid Rock playing to 25, to the gamechanger talk,  it nailed it in so many ways.     My favorite line of the night “fucking billionaires”  and . Here come the domain articles about all the company names from the show that have available dot coms. and articles on the way.  Here are today’s names.  Already taking names for Friday’s Book of 10. Ask me about the “Early Bird Special”  17 years old.  Not sure if it’s getting all the action just because it’s a PR3, because it has age, or because it’s a decent name. I think the answer is Yes   17 years old.  Nice looking  I love double Ds  Just in case Apple gets into the adult business.  I feel like this one’s been up for auction for weeks.  Don’t find many CC major tlds up at auction very often  Vowel at the end is a good thing. Under $250 a good price IMO  No bidders.  Solid real estate name.  Could see this as a slogan on a card or billboard.  Memorable  I like these short little that rhyme.  But not enough that I didn’t just sell all of them

Working Godaddy Domain Code of the day.. $9.99 renewal Dot Com, .99 cents new DB99CENTS  14 years old.  C for company   163 bids doesn’t lie.   Popular last name   Chinese last name and any Chinese last name has good value  Like the name for a temp worker site but a lot more uses.  A word everyone knows and that alone gives it value  Upgrade domain for a few.  Also a first name.  Only one bidder  2 billion search results on Google so a ton of people have used the term  I am neither but I think a few people would want this domain

Have a name at auction and need more exposure. Send me an email. I may be able to help.

*All names chosen by me, Shane, and the goal of this list is to have all links be paid through commission (click through and purchase a name you like) or paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct.

DCSC .com minimum bid is $ 500. Obviously, Enom doesn’t want it going cheap. ($ 100-200 range)
