If you don’t read Aaron’s “Where are they now” posts each week you need to. It’s always interesting to see what people ended up doing with their high priced purchases. It’s exactly what you think. Some were for existing companies, some built companies, and some built nothing. And that was for the high priced names. Imagine how much nothing there is on the junk names. Almost every major buildout that I sell on Flippa for $10K plus is left for months and months untouched! You will be shocked at how true this is. It is mindboggling!
