A little late on the list today. I had my first 23 mile run yesterday and I overdid it just a little. The winter has been so rough I really didn’t get the miles in and it showed yesterday. I had a nice 7:15 pace going for the first 15 miles and the wheels slowly fell off. But I was out and had no choice to run back home. Long story short. All day laying around, bed at 9 pm woke up at 8 am. A day wasted followed by a sleep coma which all leads to me having to try and finish two days worth of stuff in 1 day. Here are today’s names
