SHANE’S BIG LIST: Thursday’s Domains at Auction or Dropping on January 30th, 2014

Escrow.com

I was reading Godaddy’s response to the @N story on Konstantino’s site last night and I have one question.  How the hell do you socially engineer someone. This is what Godaddy said happened.  ” The hacker then socially engineered an employee to provide the remaining information needed to access the customer account” Is this something the kids are doing?  “Hey I saw Kasey at the party last night and socially engineered the shit out her” . Here are today’s names. The Book of 10…..I’ve got 3 spots left I need to fill.  Here are the names for today

JapaneseMenu.com  Would you rather have this 15 year old name or Japanese.menu? You can have both

Room2.com  Short, memorable and only $12 with no bidders

DriftVideos.com  A ton of results and youtube videos for this one.  12 years old

HairGrowthShampoo.com   14 years old. A real thing and although it may not work now, it will eventually.  Technology is moving fast and if I can just hold on to my hair long enough I’ll be shampooing myself to a full head of hair

NewHomePrices.com  13 years old.  $3800 valuate.com   New homes are finally being built again.

SearchDepartment.com  A great SEO company name.  Registered in 1999

Redelivery.com  15 years old.  A major delivery company would probably like to have this one.  I use FedEX and UPS redelivery service.  I pay a ridiculously low fee to have them deliver all the packages that are supposed to come to my home to the nursery.  Don’t have to worry about theft

TPGU.com  No bidders at $28.  A good deal as I see it

OBVI.com  Another good one but the price is a little higher

DomainSock.com  You need to wear this to make sure you protect your “portfolio”

BadCuts.com  Under $20.  Worth a flyer IMO. Short and memorable….like the time I sprinted out one time and led a 5K.  Didn’t last long but I made the paper because they took a picture at the beginning.  They didn’t know I threw up 500 yards later

Worthless Random Fact:  The opposite sides of a dice cube always add up to seven

DisplayShelving.com  Retailers know exactly what this is.  And its importance. 16 years old

MuscleModels.com Not my thing but a “thing” for a lot of people

BGud.com  Be Good.   Or at least be better than someone else

3WU.com  These usually do better at Godaddy so you may be able to get it at a little discount

Bubble.com  Coming up at Sedo.  If I had 100K laying around I would absolutely buy this. Anybody want to lend me the money and put me on a long term payment plan?  I’m good for it

  1. “Socially Engineered” is the pc term for tricking/lying/schmoozing someone at a corporation into telling you stuff they shouldn’t. Happens a lot more than you could imagine. I’ve gotten at least 5 calls this year alone at my regular job trying to do the same thing. Still no excuse.

Out of curiousity, what would you use Bubble for at 100k? Brand, flip, or to describe 95% of the new gtlds?

  2. I’ll loan you the money for bubble.com.

Not really I’m just socially engineering with you.

I’m outta here!! Socially engineer this shit.
