I don’t need others to tell me I’m doing a good job but I am human. Yesterday was one of those days that for some reason I had some nice compliments from several people and it was just enough to refuel the drive. Many of you can relate. When you work hard and have success, there are those around that refuse to put in the effort so they think that cutting you down or criticizing may bring you down to their level. It never works. The only way to reach real goals is to put in the work and/or surround yourself with a good team. That’s why you hear me quote the saying “Jealousy is the tribute mediocrity pays to genius” While I’m no genius I do feel that most want everything except the work that it takes to get it. Enough of my rant and you got the quote already so here are the names 🙂
