Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Friday, August 6th, 2021

I’ve was in Boone and Blowing Rock North Carolina this past week (i don’t tell you until after I get home so you don’t rob my shit). It’s definitely the next Colorado. You get everything you get in Colorado but 1/3 of the cost. Beautiful mountain scenery. Skiing in the winter. Great downtown food and shopping. Boone is the home of Appalachian State University so its also a university town which I really like. You get sports and music and a young crowd every year that keeps the atmosphere fun. It’s a small Boulder. Blowing Rock is miniature version of Vail. Cute downtown with a great little lake and tons of hiking and trails. For me its also close. A 9 hour drive is real easy to hop in the car with the dog and go. My wife’s family has a place there but I think I am going to have to buy a place here before the prices get too crazy. I’m pretty sure i can sell my apes and get one. 😀
