Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Monday, February 6th, 2022

I made it to NC. Threw the dog and the wife in the car and headed south. It’s actually not that much warmer here, actually a bit colder up on the mountain. I really wish I had my Bronco because the roads are snowy, tight, and super steep. My Explorer does fine but the Bronco would eat it up. Evidently you’re not supposed to push new cars very hard in the first 500 miles and the mechanic and the dealer said not to take it. I had a ceramic coat put on it with a film on the front to prevent rock dings. I highly recommend it for your favorite vehicles. I had it done on the plastic and the windshield. I don’t even have to use the windshield wipers and the dirt just falls right off it. It also shines. Can’t wait to really drive it and even more, can’t wait for nice weather to take the top off. I’ve been working my butt off and looking forward to having a physical item to celebrate my work. I know. I know. I should just have the satisfaction of the success. That works for a few years and then you have to buy something

I have a question for everyone regarding domains. Do you all get tons of $100 offers on Dan every week? I get them constantly and the never go anywhere. Do you set your minimum higher or just end negotiation. Do your respond with price? Just curious how you handle it. Its annoying more than anything. I treat all inquiries seriously but these $100 offers aren’t serious. They are straight spam to me. How do you handle them?

One last thing. If you are a fan of Joe Ruiz and his art. Follow @TotaCollection on Twitter for his latest collection. The art alone is worth owning. I think its good enough to have a movie or a game made with the characters. He could use some followers and engagement. Artists aren’t great influencers and I’m no influencer. He’d love the follow

Also make sure to follow Sean who is now on team DSAD

  1. Hey Shane! I do get some of those low $100 offers on Dan.com too. I usually respond with a straight counter offer and no extra dialog. If I get a more serious offer (higher $$$) I like to engage in conversation and personalize the experience. With those $100 offers I just counter and forget it… they usually don’t pan out to anything. 🙂
