Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Monday, July 8th, 2024

I have no idea why it seems to be the case but why is it always the guy with the runny nose, chewing on candy, making sucking noise, and talking on speaker for 30 minutes the guy that is sitting next to me at the airport? Corded headphones are $10. Sitting alone in your thoughts for 30 minutes isn’t that hard. It’s like they have to be entertained every single second. I also have this thing about mixing the eating of caramels and phone conversations. I feel like he was chewing and sucking so loud he thought having high end caramels was a flex or something. Even better, he was talking to the person who literally dropped him off at the airport. They’ve been away from each other almost 15 minutes. I have to assume life didn’t change that much in 15 minutes since the last time the talked. This was the conversation

“What you up to?”

“I just dropped your ass off “

“Yeah but where you headed?”

“Alright, alright. You heard from Jones lately?”

And it went on and on. I couldn’t help laughing because I see it daily in the grocery store, airport, and at the park. Never in a million years have I thought about calling someone while I’m grocery shopping. To be fair, I have to concentrate since I don’t shop enough to know where anything besides the fruit and staples are located. But at least I got my intro material out of it. I also know if he sits next to me, he is out of caramels and no phone connection.

Great letters and only two of them This thing flew to $3K overnight Things to do in every city Generic and I love it. Use xyz to brand it Nice universal brand. A lot of companies already use it but so many that nobody can claim it except in their category A lot of use cases. Product, service or clothing line Perfect name to build out a job board

Namejet Names at Auction (All No Reserve) Top number of bids of the board today Enjoyed the series As seen on Domain Sherpa. We all agreed its a nice brand Nice newsletter/website name Big keyword. Several results for organizations and churches Billions in grants given out so it makes sense there is a big business in managing it The dot org works with rare books in my opinion Let’s call this a dog domain

Sedo and Catched Names at Auction

Sedo Been up for sale and auction a ton of times. Maybe this time it sells Same here but probably not going to make reserve. Even with the Rx Reserve under $500 Opening bid of 15K and they sent it to auction Good numbers and under $400 BIN at $390

Catched. com About to cross $500..smoking $12 renewal fee Biggest of keywords, TLD I had never heard of

Godaddy Names with Bids Upgrade name for several companies $12 renewal. Love this one at that renewal rate Tarzan’s domain company Dermatology is too long Seems more like lead gen than casino/sportsbook Don’t Bikes or Performance Enhancing Drugs Price is already too high IMO . Taken in 14 extensions and GD gives it a $6K value Seniors or athletes getting better The kind of dot cc I buy. Top keywords do well in all extensions Don’t love it as a brand but it does exude quality

Godaddy with One Bid or Fewer
