Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Thursday, April 15th, 2021

I got an email saying I needed to send them a 1099 so I could get paid. It was an old affiliate program I was in and hadn’t been paid in years. I hadn’t put up links in years. But I checked the email, called the source and it was legit. So I sent in a 1099. Expecting to get $1.47. Nothing happened for a few months. I actually forgot about it. And then last week I get a paypal payment for over $2K. Out of the blue. Essentially found money.

I’ve heard friends get five, even six figure commission checks from old parking accounts they forgot but that was back in the day when money was flowing so freely you just took the payments and never checked anything. The money was so good some of the details got lost. In this case the monthly was good but it wasn’t very much. Evidently 3 years compiled together and referrals that were still buying adds up. A new laptop add up.

Domain of the Day: Billion and billions of dogs and cats and their owners that spend way too much on them

Namejet, Sedo, and Names at Auction High bid is at $89 at press time Very nice with a reserve I think gets it sold In some ways I hope I get it and other ways I hope I don’t If the reserves is on the lower end it might move Pretty number and gets over 2000 visits per month Taken in 150 extensions which is on the high end of LLL Goes well with the dot org Only 9 bidders on this 5L. 24 years old Taken in 155 extensions which give value to the dot io IMO
