Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Wednesday, May 10th, 2023

Over the last six months I haven’t really run that much. While my speed was incredible for a 53 year old, my overall body strength had really deteriorated. There is a direct correlation between bone density and body strength and longevity. My running and soccer have gotten my bone density to top million percentile but I needed to work on strength.

So for the last 6 months I have been in the gym 2 hrs a day and the results have been amazing. I haven’t seen very many people as I’ve been traveling and not meeting my running group and when they saw me this week they definitely noticed. I am starting to run again but I will continue to lift. Maybe not 2 hours but at least an hour a day. I feel as good as Ive ever felt. If I can get in running shape as well I could be super human. I’ll be living at 10,000 feet this summer so that should help my conditioning as well. The key is taking it slow. I’ve reinjured myself 3 times trying to run too far, too fast, too quickly. Like life, pushing for too much to quickly usually ends poorly.

Domain of the Day: Pretty good wallet name

Popular term and the dot org will go cheap Interesting name. Big first bid Great keyword, not sure how to value dot ag but somebody likes it Definitely need to check renewal but any single character domain has value Designer or hair salon all the way Catched is the dot es specialist. I stopped being surprised how many get sold at auction a year ago I am seeing dot finance more and more in defi Not saying pro has a ton of value but another great keyword and that’s where you start

Godaddy Domains With Bids All the bids coming because of the email marketing platform with the same name. Pricey for one potential buyer The kind of dot org I like Be one Chicks dig the long ball.
