Good morning. It’s the start of a beautiful weekend and NFL football here in the Midwest. Crops are still standing, so the wind is mild and the weather is perfect. Non-Midwesterners don’t realize how much crops affect the wind. Once harvest starts, the wind picks up 5–10 mph for the rest of the year. Hundreds of thousands of acres of seven-foot corn stalks act like walls, and when they come down, there’s nothing left to stop the wind for miles. Trees are scattered here and there, but they don’t compare to the scale of that crop barrier.
Speaking of land, my friends and I were talking about investing in it. A lot of people think land has a terrible return. Compared to the stock market or especially Bitcoin, it doesn’t look great. But what they miss is that land’s appreciation and safety make it an important piece of a portfolio. The truth is, most people don’t have the money to invest in it. If land is 10% of your portfolio and you need $300K for a good piece, that means you need a $3M net worth just to make it fit. Most Americans don’t.
Look at people with $10M or more in assets and I’d guess 95% of them own land beyond their homes. A main home, a vacation home, and usually some unimproved land. Farmers are some of the wealthiest people around because they not only own the land, they get yield from it to run a business. My family did the same with trees. I’d like to accumulate more, but around here land is over $20K an acre. That’s why I’m looking at North Carolina land with mountain views. Nobody is making more buildable land with views like that. Just look at Colorado, prices there tell you the value of views.
I also know many families in the U.S. and around the world are just making it paycheck to paycheck, trying to put food on the table. I’ve been there. I don’t take what I have for granted, especially knowing how long it took to build and how quickly it can disappear if things go sideways. That’s why if the market tumbles, and Bitcoin falls with it, I want safety. And land is safe.
The following portfolio of 17 clearly understood and highly relevant .COM’s are being sold, as a whole; however, with the consideration of selling individual names.
For safety and ease of transaction, the selling of these names will be done exclusively through Escrow.com.
All reasonable offers will certainly be considered.

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an email. We Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.* All names chosen by us. (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything we say is based on our own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or our opinion is correct. We hand choose the names but we are paid to make this list by both the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good.
