After watching the crazy activity at the nursery and the way homes are selling in my city , I figure it’s time to buy a couple homes to flip. I honestly think I could just buy, do some light repair, a complete relandscape, and sell 3 months later at a profit. Money is cheap, it’s the beginning of the next housing boom, and I like to make money. All three things lead me to give it a try. I have a few friends that are full time remodelers that want to go in so the repairs will be quick and professional, and of course I know someone that can do the exterior. Billboard.info 13 years old. The billboard industry was originally is peril but it’s making a huge comeback with digital. One of the better names if you’re in this industry and at the current price it’s a drop in the bucket
