It appears this domain translates from German to ‘power failure’. Per Google Translate, “Stromausfall.de is the German joint portal for power outages, on which the power grid operators in Germany can share their official power failure reports. However, with our launch in 2017, we have not yet connected all network operators to our portal. Therefore, we are constantly working on connecting additional network operators!
