You noticed I didn’t have an opening paragraph the other day . I literally fell asleep while writing and forgot to write the top. I was at a different level of tired. Running the extra miles in the morning takes me past the level of exercise my body can take. I’ve done it many years and if I do I lose a ton of weight. When I lose that much weight that quickly my body collapses on itself. Meaning my neck, ribs, and back become so tight I can barely breathe. Its happened several years ago and after several doctor visits, they all told me to tone it down those months. BUT this year I am climbing Mt. Rainier . So I had to train or it could become dangerous up there. I have to be in perfect cardio shape. Add in I have been loving STEPN and getting paid $150 a day to run so I’ve been adding more miles. To the point I’m running 60 miles a week. And walking 60 to 80 at work. The result is what I expected. Big weight loss. Super sore shoulders and back but I’ve been stretching because I know what’s coming.
The final killer is the late nights working on all my projects. Thus the zombie like getting up from my chair and going to bed in the middle of whatever I’m doing. Which was writing this blog the other night. I’m exhausted so I get up and go to bed in the middle of whatever I’m doing and let it ride until the next day. But I forgot I let it ride so it went to press empty. It’s not the worst thing that’s ever happened but you won’t see that at Domain Name Wire. Of course you won’t have any fun there either. Its just a well organized, news worthy blog. You get shits and giggles here. Unless you don’t and get a blank screen.
