I went all cash to $eth this week and yes I could take a bath but as I’ve said a million times, I started with 10K in crypto and have a million dollars in assets after this year’s “crash” so if it all falls then I’ve had a heck of a ride. You can make fun and continue with attempts to chop me down but it’s impossible. I’m just having too much fun to be knocked down. I am living my best life and no anonymous words are going to have any effect You’re wasting keystrokes.
On a more positive note, I have become addicted to lifting weights. I tore my meniscus and it forced me onto the bike, into the pool, and into the gym for rehab. Amazingly it stopped hurting 3 weeks into rehab and I have started running again. I am still not going to push it so only do 3-5 miles a day which is half my old total. But I’ve upped my gym time. I can’t believe my body’s transformation after 6 weeks and the increase in strength. I don’t want to be a big muscle head but I do admit I’m trying to shed all my fat and get defined. I never thought I would have a real 6 pack and not many mid-50 guys have a lot of strength. I think I can. I also think it’s going to make me even faster. When I’m not sore I feel way faster than I did and I think after a year of hitting this hard I can really get a lot faster and take some major time off my running and my Ironman. Getting hurt is going to prove to be one of the best things that happened to me. A needed change. Another added bonus is that like running, my wife sees the incredible change and is now hitting the gym. She never ran but saw my energy levels and weight drop she started and had the same results. Total body transformation and energy level spikes. She’s going to get even more from the gym. Another bonus is I finally get to train with a hot blonde and not get in trouble.
