The Night Agent- (Netflix) I only started watching because it was the top show on Netflix based on hours watched. To do that it had to be decent right? It is. Solid show and I loved the Jack Ryan series and this is very similar
Bookies– (HBO Max) A show from Chuck Lorre who usually doesn’t miss. A show about two bookies that still run an old-fashioned book but legal gambling is coming on board so they’re stuck with the people that still like it the old way. The pace is good and pretty well acted. Reminds me a little of Atlanta in its style and writing.
The Guilded Age– (HBO) Not a period piece kind of guy but something fascinating about Old New York. Takes place in late 1800s and shows the new money vs the old money. Also well acted and shot
